Please generate a support bundle using the support-core plugin and remove everything from the bundle except the `plugins` directory. Attach the contents of the three files in the `plugins` directory of the support bundle. Most likely this is a plugin version incompatibility and these three files will list the versions and whether there is plugin loading issues
