Hi I checked it and I reproduce this behaviour only if I left the box "Warn if all jobs exceed some size" checked and I do not set any value for size. I do not think that it is bad behaviour - you should not have checked it without value. Please can you confirm if you have checked "Warn if all jobs exceed some size" without setting any size? Thanks
