Hi,
The stage mode configuration is located in 'Job advanced Configuration' (see https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/WebLogic+Deployer+Plugin) on bottom of each deployment task section in your job configuration. You can select stage, no_stage or external stage.
This property has a task-scoped. The is no way to set a global value for all of your task. You have to define it one by one. The default value is stage.
