I to can attest this is occurring due to some change that seems to affect the artifactory plugin. Disable the artifactory plugin, and manually add in to the Maven Options: -Dm3plugin.lib=/usr/share/tomcat6/codeslave0/artifactory-plugin/2.1.5/ or whatever the path is to your current Artifactory plugin is located at.
