I went ahead and compiled this change into the subversion plugin, at least I think I did. This is using the latest rev from subversion-plugin along with my svnkit library modification. If you guys would like to do some additional testing to verify my change, the plugin is located here:

I do not suggest using this for anything but testing / verification.
