+1. Can we also expose a URL that would render the template as HTML? If you want quick testing, you can also eliminate the email part.
What would be really awesome is if I could type the following URL -
http://jenkins/job/jobname/357/email-ext/groovy-html.template
If that is consider polluting the Jenkins URL, you could do it in reverse -
http://jenkins/email-ext/job/jobname/357/groovy-html.template
And it would show the template rendered for the job name and build using the specified template.
