For some of the jobs, SYSTEM user keeps reverting the change back, while most of the jobs are left untouched (SYSTEM only makes small changes about formatting etc.) I have added a screenshot as an attachment showing a change that happened a few days after the permissions are changed by jenkinsapi. I have examined the xml and it seems valid.
