Description:

When trying to "Upgrade Automatically" on the "Manage Jenkins" screen, the 1.501 war fails to be downloaded because it doesn't exist in location specified.
Also, at http://jenkins-ci.org/ it says that the latest and greatest version is 1.501, but when clicked it begins downloading 1.500
This has a Blocker priority because there is a blocker break fix (JENKINS-16554) in the 1.501 to fix a problem with Java 1.5 projects from failing to build.
