Description:

When the plugin tries to create a baseline with a name that already exists and isn't unique, the plugin does not correctly recommend the latest version of that baseline with the same name.
I.e if you crate a baseline with the name My_baseline, and it already exists, the plugin does not correctly recommend the My_baseline.2 created by clearcase.
