Description:

After updating the SVNPlugin to version 1.45 our doNotifyCommit (post commit) setup does not work anymore.
The masters log seems to point out an issue:

WARNUNG: Failed to handle Subversion commit notification
org.tmatesoft.svn.core.SVNCancelException: svn: E200015: No credential to try. Authentication failed
Other jobs, manual builds, and the cron-poll-checked builds on the same job and repository continue to work fine.
