Only the tab "Branches" is available. Although this change might be by design, this is perceived as a degrade by a lot of my users since we have an awful lot of branches ongoing. The best workaround is currently to create views on the top level, using the "recurse into subfolders" option, but results in a very large amount of views on the top level instead. Might relate to JENKINS-41895.
