See "jenkins.version" in https://github.com/S73417H/hp-quality-center-plugin/blob/master/pom.xml#L19. Will need to update the version and then fix any resulting source code incompatibilities with the Jenkins core. It is likely that your Jenkins server is reporting that the version of the plugin is not compatible.
