Description: When checking out 

<module>/<subdir>/<single_file>
as a module and trying to tag the build,
this error message occurs:

cvsnt rtag: cannot find module `<single_file>' - ignored

So all the single files that are checked out as modules don't get tagged.

 There were multiple checkout modules configured in the job. Some were just the module, some modules with subdirs and of course the single file checkouts.

Let me know if you require more information to reproduce the issue.
