Our developers aren't able to find anything on this issue and the items I could find (github.com/cloudbees/jenkins-scripts/logrotator-config.groovy, and https://jenkins.io/doc/pipeline/steps "Properties") are not at all documented and thus useless. While the idea of pipelines is interesting, this implementation of pipeline as code needs considerable work before I'd call it intuitively usable.
