We would like the ability to configure a script to be run when a build is
discarded (or possibly when build artifacts are discarded).
We are using a script build step to push a generated RPM into a yum repository.
We need a way to delete old RPMs in order to save space, yet keep the RPMs of
builds that are kept forever.
