It would be great to have e.g. a checkbox under the Advanced section of the
Artifact Deployer where a user can specify that the file deployment should
proceed even if the build has failed. Currently whenever the build fails any
post-build artifact deployment is not performed.
This could be useful for e.g. deploying build log files to a remote location.
