Having the same problem. (as per the above comment this affects all users)
[I was trying to install new plugins for the latest stable version of Jenkins
CI ver. 1.460 that was deployed as a war file in Glassfish 3.1.2 server but
when I go to the URL: jenkins/pluginManager/available there are no entries
there. Just an empty list...
I tried going to Advanced tab and clicking Check now button without any
results... I've tried to restart the application without results.]
