When configuring Multiple repository urls using the git plugin the local
subdirectory can only be specified at the top level. This should be
configurable at the repository URL level as it is with the SVN plugin.
settting affected: Local subdirectory for repo (optional)
As it is now the git repos are both checked out to the workspace root causing
file conflicts in some cases.
