Loic SF commented on JENKINS-12634:
-----------------------------------

I got the same issue. The Sun/Oracle has been installed without reported error
on my Solaris machine. But the extra directory level "sparcv9 in the bin and
lib directory lost Jenkins when it comes to compile a project.

> Java bin files directory installed under subdir on Solaris 8 & 10 sparc

> When java is installed on a Solaris 8 or 10 slave. Java "Java SE Development
> kit 6u29" installs correctly. However the executable files live under a sub
> directory named "sparcv9" eg: /export/home/hudson/tools/JDK/bin/sparcv9
> This in turn stops jython from being ran by jenkins to run our confidence
> tests.
