Should we backport the fix for JENKINS-68155 from https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/10501 to stable-2.504 at some point? I notice it wasn't marked as an LTS candidate, but it is a fix for a long-standing regression that looks like it might qualify once it ships in a weekly release. If we don't have enough time to get it into 2.504.1, maybe 2.504.2? Thoughts?
