It is great to see some renewed interest here. When we last left off, we had gotten a working CI build but the result wasn't releasable, so it was reverted in https://github.com/jenkinsci/winp/pull/128. From my perspective, the next step is to revert the revert (i.e., restore the CI build) and then make it releasable by implementing https://github.com/jenkinsci/winp/issues/117.
