Hello Pierrick, Nice to hear from you. I'm an Arm ambassador and a long-time Linaro fan, so your email particularly piqued my interest.
Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with the wimp library. However, perhaps some of us in this community are. I don't own a Windows arm64 machine myself, but I believe it may not be necessary to get things moving with the wimp library. Let's hope someone more knowledgeable about this library will chime in.
