Do I need to download the artifacts in incrementals repo and deploy them in release repo manually? Could you give me some suggestions? I have enabled cd following this guide, https://www.jenkins.io/doc/developer/publishing/releasing-cd/. And it did publish the artifacts to https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/ui/repos/tree/General/incrementals/org/jenkins-ci/plugins/basic-branch-build-strategies/67.va_92d1fcf98f2. But it cannot be detected by Jenkins plugin update center.
