All people able to handle signup requests are currently inactive or have basically given up due to volume. Here's a hint: We're asking what you're using Jenkins for as an anti-spam measure. Enter something a spammer (i.e. an actual person knowing nothing about Jenkins but signing up manually to post their spam) would not enter trying to convince us they're a legitimate Jenkins user.
