add Archlinux as supported OS
Archlinux provides it's own jenkins package. To use this module with
Archlinux one has to set 'repo = false'.

remove java options from params
Archlinux's jenkins package uses it's own variables in
/etc/conf.d/jenkins. Defining them in params won't change anything.
I left them commented out thus anyone trying to implement compatible
variables has a starting point.
