Don't throw exception from getHeadRev on ls-remote unexpected output
Log lines which don't meet minimum criteria for ls-remote output, but
don't fail the call to getHeadRev.

msysgit 2.8.0+ default core.longpaths defaults to true
Adapt the test for that apparent change of default behavior. The new
defafult is sensible, since core.longpaths=true has worked well in every
instance I've used it.
