Require Jenkins 2.361.4 or newer
59% of all installations of this plugin are already running Jenkins
2.361.4 or newer. 93% of installations of the most recent release (Oct
2022) are already running 2.361.4 or newer. Requiring Jenkins 2.361.4
or newer will not be a burden for users of the plugin that are upgrading.
Require Java 11 or newer.
