Added Option for LTS Release (#6249)
Added Option for LTS Release - Because I reached this page from LTS
Changelog page https://www.jenkins.io/changelog-stable/ and I followed
the steps and configured Weekly Release as a APT source in my local.
Then I updated then Jenkins to Weekly Release from LTS release. :(
