Move ionicons to cdn (#5064)
plugins.jenkins.io (and stories next rebuild) are getting javascript +
cors issues loading the ionicons.
Options:
1) Setup cors headers on jenkins.io
2) Load ionicons from somewhere with cdn
I chose CDN as it means it can cache between sites, and less work for
us.
