Reduce JMH time with fewer iterations, less pre-heat
Benchmark now includes one warmup iteration instead of 5 and 3 measurement
iterations instead of 5. That 60% reduction in iterations should save
significant time while still providing reasonable measurements.
The test requires almost 30 minutes on Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU.
May need to reduce it even further in the future.
