Remove the checkstyle plugin from ci.jenkins.io
The checkstyle plugin has been superseded by the warnings-ng plugin.
The buildPlugins() step for pipelines now uses warnings-ng.

The findbugs plugin has been superseded by the warnings-ng plugin.

Remove the github organization folder plugin from ci.jenkins.io
The GitHub organization folder has been replaced by features in the
GitHub branch source. The organization folder plugin has been obsolete
for several years.
