Ensure TEST-GUIDE 1.82.0 compatibility (#195)
* Update ATX config xml to 1.82.0
* Format XML properly
* Add canBeOverwrittenByServer attribute
* Add new config group for all server connection related settings
* Update usage of CasC and dynamic pipelines
* Add jar repository configuration
