Move home page from Confluence to GitHub
The home page of the JenkinsCI plugins has to be changed because
Confluence is not editable anymore. All plugins' developers are
required to move their respective Wikis to GitHub and change the
pom.xml accordingly.
Older README.md stays with the instruction on how to build the plugin.
