Implement more reliable termination of a daemon
Sometimes stop commnads waits forever for external process to terminate or
something can go wrong. Therefore timeout for stop command
is setup and if it returns non-zero exit code, all processes on given machine
are killed. This assumes the nothing else but SF test run
on given machine under Jenkins user.
