Update for java11 readiness (#34)
* Bump to Java 8 min, because anyway the core is 2.60+
* Update to latest parent pom 3.39
And fix associated RequiredUpperBoundDeps issues
* Fix tests on Java 11
* Forced to update min because workflow-api:2.30 has 2.121 min
And this is pulled by workflow-support:3.x (which is required for Java 11, and
compatible with Java 8)
