Updated Deploy Application be new approach for handling usability around items
retrieved from electric flow during configuration of the procedure:
- do not expose exception to the user's UI, show validation messages;
- added "Compare new values with old ones which are stored before dynamic
configuration loaded" button and related functionality
- added "Revalidate form" button and related functionality
- changed loading of extra parameters: it should show only actual parameters
(old ones removed, new ones added, existing ones should preserve configured
values)
