Use ObjectFactory#directoryProperty() in Gradle 5.+
DefaultTask#newOutputDirectory is deprecated in Gradle 5.0. This change
retains backwards compatibility.
**NOTE:** This service has been marked for deprecation:

Functionality will be removed from GitHub.com on January 31st, 2019.
