java 8 required for presence of lambdas and svnkit to 1.9.2 (#216)
* java 8 required for presence of lambdas and svnkit to 1.9.2
* jenkins.version in pom.xml to LTS version 2.60.3 instead of 2.54 minimum
requiring java 8
