New comments on JIRA JDO-747 "Behavior of delete() with multiple concurrent Transactions" https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JDO-747 StateTransitions and StateTransitionsReturnedObjects are the two basic tests to look at. And another test that implements the scenario that you are looking for: optimistic transaction that finds a deleted object that it already deleted, and recovering the transaction so it can be committed. Still need spec updates and implementation. Need to decide which release this goes into. 3.
