I have enhancement working with no errors or warnings now. I need to include
tck/target/classes on the classpath. Without it, log4j complains that it can't
find org.apache.jdo.tck.util.TCKFileAppender and the ri enhancer complains that
it can't find org/apache/jdo/tck/util/DeepEquality.
