JDE places the cursor on line 1 when jdb hits a breakpoint in a line in the range 1000 to 1999. It should place the cursor at the line where the breakpoint occurred (as it does with lines in the range 1 to 999). jdb reports line numbers in American notation, with a comma between the thousands and hundreds place (e.g. "1,234"). I guess JDE is confused by the comma. I used Windows XP, JDE 2.3.2, emacs 21.3.1 and the attached ~/.emacs file. - John Kristian
