andy - I'm not sure I would like tab to complete. Completion sometimes is very, very slow. I once narrowed down the slowness to the part where we have to go through the import list and try to fully qualify the class getting imported. Plus, completion is sometimes flaky, and there are situations where it doesn't work at all. At any rate, until completion works better, I would vote to hold off on that change.
