I like the proposal. One concern I have is that JDEE
developers would get messages from the jde-java list. I don't
mind this but others might. So before we proceed I'd like
to post a query to the jde-devel list to ensure that
developers are aware of the proposed change and are
amenable.

Another concern I have are the proposed name changes, e.g.,
jde to jde-users and jde-devel to jde-developers. Will this
require existing subscribers to resubscribe? If so, I'd
prefer to keep the old names; otherwise, the new names are
fine with me as they more clearly indicate the specific
purposes of the lists in the new framework.
