Afternoon all. Using JAWS 2018 and Windows 10 on a Dell laptop, I am having an issue with JAWS not reading all aspects of option/dialogue boxes. For example, when I go to shut my laptop down, JAWS will read the first option, but I have to arrow down through the options and hold down the JAWSKey + 8 to find out where I am. This started happening yesterday. I called FS, but they had no suggestions. I will have to keep rebooting my laptop, and it will behave for a little while, then start getting flaky again. Any help will be deeply appreciated, as this is really starting to irritate me to no end. Thanks.
