I'm having a problem with these directions. Where should I be when I press alt + tab? Going to that jaws window doesn't do it so there must be another step.

Before they did the repair, the Jaws window didn't appear when I alt tabbed around, which was very convenient. Now it's just another extra window, along with Magic, that gets in my way. I have win7 and I E 11. What lovely convenient thing did all the people who helped me do, that kept the window out of my way? By the way, thank Goodness Jaws is working again, but it still has continual problems like periodically saying, "lost focus", and alt tabbing as it tells me to do, won't help. I have to quit Jaws and start it again.
