I guess jAWS will work with a lot of SAPI5 voices. I have never tried to
install any, but your Windows computer probably came with the standard
microsoft ones. You can select those from the Jaws, Options, Voices menu.
Select "choose a voice profile".

If you want to download some of the Vocalizer voices, go to the synthesizer
download page at Freedom Scientific. There is a link to it in the JAWS help
menu. On that page, you can select your language, and the type of synth
voice you want, either in a pack with other voices sharing the same
language, or in premium editions as a single voice. The premium downloads
are fairly large; around 300 mb each as I recall. It's an .msi installer
package, so you run it like you would a standard Windows installer and
follow the prompts. Then, restart JAWS, and the new voice(s) will be
available to you.
