Problem: First, had to dismiss a reminder using the Jaws cursor, could not tab to the correct button as in earlier versions of Outlook from 97 forward. I have office 365 now. Second, if I write a long message, longer than a line or two and have Jaws set to read messages as I open them, it stops after the subject line and I have to invoke the continuous read command, and this has been an issue since Outlook 2010 in my experience, solution is to close Outlook and reopen it, and it has been an issue since at least Jaws 16. It is annoying and I have posed this issue more than once. I don't usually reply to a lot of messages, but this propensity of having to shut Outlook and reopen because I did reply just to be able to hear the actual message when I have it set to read messages when open is not the way it should work. Windows 10 April, Jaws 2018 June, Office 365 updates when necessary, I am not on any program like Fast Ring or beta testing for Windows.
