Hi Justin, If your reply directly / privately to sender keystroke, Insert / Jaws key, Shift, + R, isn't working here is a work around. If you are using Jaws you can get the senders email address doing the following: 1. With the email open, press, Alt + 1 on the number row, to make sure the persons name is in the, From field. 2. If it's there press, Alt + 1, twice quickly. Pressing, Alt + 1 twice quickly brings the focus to the, From, field. 3. Press, Control + A, to select all the text in the, From Field, or, Press the home key to move the cursor to the beginning of the line, press, shift + End key, that's the E N D key, to select the text from the cursor to the end of the line, & copy this to the clipboard. i.e, example below:
