I haven't had that particular problem. However, I have had a string of issues with Outlook 2016 as part of Office 365, Windows 7 and first Jaws 18 and then Jaws 2018. Outlook crashes on a regular basis or Jaws does, particularly in html messages. I just feel like the combination of programs is unstable and using it is very frustrating.
