Hi Jesse,
If your Jaws 2018 is not loading on the logon screen or desktop,
perhaps that setting has become changed or corrupted. Under the main
Jaws menu, open Basic Settings and tab to Automatically Start Jaws.
Open that dialogue and make sure that both check boxes are checked,
and, if you wish, that Jaws is set to load for all users
